However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial design delivery. If the request for a refund is made before the initial concept delivery, you would be eligible for a full refund (less than 10% service and processing fee).
If the request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee).
If the refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible for a 33% refund (less than 10% service and processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery; however, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
If you are not in connection for more than 3 weeks after several follow-ups from Design4Them via email and on a call. Design4Them will not entertain a refund request in this case. The project will be placed on hold and will be initiated from the same place once you are in connection.
Please note that after the initial design is sent and one revision is made to it, a change of mind would not qualify for a refund.
